Lashes for your Boudoir Shoot
My absolute favorite accessory (I know I have mentioned this before) for your boudoir shoot is fake lashes. Lashes combined with a smoky eyeshadow and dark eyeliner adds so much to your look! When shopping for lashes for a photo shoot, remember that you want them to be more dramatic than what you would normally wear, so skip over the more natural looking ones and go for some them are a little longer, thicker and maybe spikier but not too theatrical. I thought the Ardell Fashion Lashes #116 (pictured) were quite nice. They could be a little bit thicker and less sparse, but they would still look really good. The idea is to make your eyes really stand out in your pictures, and these will help for sure!

I am always browsing lingerie sites for ideas on things you can wear for your shoot and came across this Ballerina Nightie at Victoria’s Secret. I like that this is a bit out of the norm where lingerie is concerned…it would certainly add some drama to your images…always a good thing!

I have two boudoir shoots today and will be away from the computer until tomorrow afternoon. Sooo excited about these photo sessions! Both ladies chose the Ginger package. Can’t wait!

Back from Vacation
What an amazing vacation in Aruba we had. I am back though…refreshed and renewed, excited to start shooting again. Thank you to everyone who contacted me with inquiries while I was away. I am especially appreciative for your patience in waiting for me to get back to you. I had limited access to phone and email while away.
Here are a few shots from my vacation.
The beach we spent most of our time on. Turquoise water and white sand beaches..beautiful!
The view from our room. We were able to watch people on the lazy river from our balcony.
Iguanas were EVERWHERE! We even spotted one in the top of a tall tree on our last morning there.
I’ll post more images and details from the trip soon. Just wanted to let you all know that I am back now!
