Mrs. E’s husband arranged for a day of pampering for his lovely wife while they were visiting the US for his wife’s birthday. Not only did he send her to the spa for a facial & mani/pedi the day before but he gifted her with the prettiest lingerie before she had her hair and makeup done by my girls of Hera Beauty and then finally had her fun photo shoot! Miss K’s a Beauty! Vegas Boudoir
Miss K decided to do a boudoir shoot as a gift for her boyfriend when he is deployed overseas this coming January. I can’t think of a better gift for that situation! She was such a good model, always aware of her entire being during the shoot, from pointed toes to graceful fingers - this is called Head to Toe Modeling and Miss K had it down!
I am so glad she allowed me to share these shots with you, as I have had a busy month of shooting in September but only a few clients have given permission for me to use their images on my blog. Thank you Miss K for your kindness in allowing me to use these and for your fun spirit…I had so much fun during your shoot!

Christmas in October?
You heard that right, ladies. Haute Shots gets an early start on the holidays and are urging you to book your appointments now in order to have your gifts ready for that special someone in time. If you are serious about giving the gift of boudoir, then please think of booking your appointments now for October. I would love to help you out with that special gift!
Just so you know, here is an approximate timeline for shoots/products:
- Photo Session
- Process images (basic retouching & exposure corrections) & create Client Gallery (within a week of photo session)
- Client selects images and places order for products (depends on how long client takes to make a decision - usually a week or so)
- Retouch selected images & create layouts/designs for products (within a week after order is placed)
- Order sent to Vendor and they produce & process then ship back (one to 4 weeks depending on product)
I always suggest booking your appointment 2 months in advance so we aren’t rushed.

Mrs K did a shoot with me on Saturday that her husband arranged for her while they were in Vegas for the weekend. I thought that was the coolest thing ever, that he did this for his beautiful wife. And, talk about a beauty…Mrs K was absolutely stunning and had such a fun personality! I really had a great time with this shoot! Thanks to Mrs K and her husband! And thanks to Kat & Whitney of Hera Beauty for doing such a great job with hair/makeup!
Busy Busy Busy
I am getting ready to go to my usual modern, luxury suite, which I pretty much consider my own private photography studio at this point since I use it so frequently. I have one shoot there today and 2 more tomorrow….woohoo! The rest of the week will be full of shoots too! I am so excited! I absolutely love doing what I do and am honored that these amazing women have chosen me to photograph them and help make them feel and look their absolute best, along with the wonderful girls of Hera Beauty! I truly have the best clients…and team!
Because of the suite shoots I will be out of the office until Monday. I will be checking emails frequently though, so please don’t hesitate to write if you need anything at all.

Another Sneak Peek - Bridal Boudoir Vegas
Miss L decided to do a bridal boudoir with me while in town for her bachelorette party. She went with my Mary Ann package and we did the shoot in her incredibly fabulous suite! Her images turned out incredibly hot! I really wish I could show you all some of them but due to her profession she decided to only show this more anonymous type shot.

Europeans just ‘get’ what’s sexy. This commercial for YSL Parisienne Fragrance starring Kate Moss is smokin’ hot! Aren’t the old-fashioned pink roses absolutely beautiful? I’m hoping someone will bring a prop like that to their shoot one day soon! Or better yet, big, pink PEONIES!

Cosmetics - What I’m Liking Right Now
I have been using eyeliner pencil for so many years that I had forgotten how much I loved a good liquid eyeliner. I recently bought one in black by Colorstay Revlon and am loving how quick and easy it is to use! I no longer have to set my pencil eyeliner with eyeshadow, so that saves me a step! M•A•C Pigments are always fun for eyeshadow and they last so long! And if you haven’t tried TARTE blush yet, you must give it a go! It gives your skin a healthy, slightly more dewy glow than powder blush could. And finally, I was addicted to volumizing mascaras until I tried Flawless Definition by Bare Escentuals. I was so tired of the big brush trend with volumizing mascaras and am relieved to be using a smaller brush again. And my lashes look perfectly defined, a bit glossy and never clumpy!
