Classic Bride | Las Vegas Boudoir
While in Las Vegas for her bachelorette party, Mrs. K snuck away from the party and had a bridal boudoir session with me. I was stunned by her classic beauty…her creamy porcelain skin, dark hair and mysterious brown eyes. I knew she would photograph so nicely. The outfit she chose to wear in these photos below is one of my all-time favorites! So classy but still incredibly sexy. It suited her personality so well!

Mrs C was another one of my clients who rushed in from Texas for a boudoir session. She came as a referral from another favorite Texas client of mine and I just knew she would be a blast to work with! She was an absolute knock out and a complete pleasure to photograph.

Mystery Girl | Las Vegas Boudoir
A sense of mystery always adds appeal to boudoir photos, so I was definitely up to the challenge of creating some anonymous type shots for the stunning Mrs. D. I couldn’t have asked for better circumstances for a photo shoot. Not only was she absolutely gorgeous, she was so graceful with her movements, she had beautiful expressions, she brought the most fabulous attire and she had the most amazing suite to shoot in!

Vegas Vacation | Las Vegas Boudoir
Mrs E contacted me to do a boudoir shoot when she was in the planning stages of the very first vacation that she and her husband had ever been able to take together. They were head over heels in love with each other and a real wedding and honeymoon just wasn’t in their plans years ago so they had every intention of really living it up while in Las Vegas. Mrs. E told me, “The Haute Shots boudoir session was the one thing I REALLY wanted to do. Forget gambling!” My kind of girl! I knew we were going to have a splendid time getting to know each other during her time with me. And, to honor the deep bond between her and her husband, I let her awesome hubby come up at the end of her session for a few shots together. I’m such a sucker for true love!

Women are accustomed to looking after so many others in our lives, as it’s in our nature to be nurturing, but Ms. W is exceptionally caring. I was so impressed with her and thrilled that there are people in our world like her who go above and beyond to help others in need. She has a heart of gold and is as sweet (and pretty!) as can be. I was recently invited back as a guest on the About Photography podcast show with Ed Verosky to give my thoughts on marketing. I was honored to be featured alongside the oh-so-fabulous Robin Owen. We had so much fun talking about something I hold dear to my heart – marketing for photography. Here Kitty, Kitty | Las Vegas Boudoir
What a ‘blast in a glass’ this one was. (Yes, I just used a phrase from the show, Jersey Shore…oh dear). Ms. N was a real firecraker who kept me laughing through her entire photo session! She told us the funniest story I think I have ever heard that I will refer to as the “Pretty Kitty incident”. We were all in stitches over it!
Anyway, isn’t she just the prettiest little thing ever? Love you Ms. N!!! Hope you come back again so I can hear more of your stories!!!

A Little Update | Las Vegas Boudoir
Happy Holidays everyone! Hoping that you are enjoying the season thus far!
Wow, it has been a couple of crazy months around here! Jam-packed with fun boudoir shoots, processing, editing, holiday orders, the holidays and a big move! I am about ready for it to be January already! Whew! As much as I love being busy, I honestly didn’t expect that business would have nearly tripled from last year so it caught me a little off-guard, but I managed to pull it off without a hitch! Holiday orders are out and delivered! Yay! Thank you to everyone for such a great end to the year! I met so many amazing women through it all.
What are you all doing for the holidays? I am celebrating Christmas at our new house this evening with my family. Immediately after that, Joe and I are flying off to New York to celebrate with his family. I will be away until December 31st. While away, I will be checking email so if you need anything feel free to write to me at info@hauteshots.net.
I’m counting my many blessings this season, and you all are a big part of that! May you and your family have a very blessed holiday too!

LUSH | Las Vegas Boudoir
My first experience with the store LUSH was at the airport in Toronto, Canada where I purchased my very first bath bomb. I remember being incredibly impressed with their handmade, natural products and fun atmosphere. I had no idea how amazing their products really were though until a recent visit to the LUSH location inside of Mandalay Place in Las Vegas. Oh. My. Gosh!!! I have tried countless products elsewhere to soften my skin but nothing has come close to doing the job until I discovered LUSH’s body lotions, massage bars, bath melts and body butters!
Here are some of the items I either purchased, sampled in the store or that are on my radar:

Fit and Fabulous | Las Vegas Boudoir Photography
My clients amaze me on a daily basis with their beauty and overall fabulousness and Ms. J was no exception. Not only was she gorgeous and in amazing shape, but she was fun and interesting. She had studied interior design, something I’m crazy about myself, and I found her absolutely fascinating! She credits her incredible physique with weight training and riding her bike (not just casual outings, mind you, but miles and miles). Such an inspiration!

Channeling her inner Marilyn – Las Vegas Boudoir
Oh, how we loved Miss L! She came to us to do a shoot pretty much as a gift for herself (and her boyfriend) and inspired us all by saying that sure she could have waited to do a boudoir session after she lost a couple of lbs but tomorrow is never a guarantee and she wanted to have fun now! Isn’t that the truth? If only we could all live according to that motto, I think we would have much more fulfilling lives! Another thing I loved was that Miss L’s inspiration was Marilyn Monroe! LOVE that! You inspired us all, Miss L, and we had so much fun getting to know you! And, by the way, I’m glad you didn’t wait – I love your curves and think you are just perfect exactly how you are!

Miss K’s a Beauty! Vegas Boudoir
Miss K decided to do a boudoir shoot as a gift for her boyfriend when he is deployed overseas this coming January. I can’t think of a better gift for that situation! She was such a good model, always aware of her entire being during the shoot, from pointed toes to graceful fingers – this is called Head to Toe Modeling and Miss K had it down!
I am so glad she allowed me to share these shots with you, as I have had a busy month of shooting in September but only a few clients have given permission for me to use their images on my blog. Busy Busy Busy
I am getting ready to go to my usual modern, luxury suite, which I pretty much consider my own private photography studio at this point since I use it so frequently. I have one shoot there today and 2 more tomorrow….woohoo! The rest of the week will be full of shoots too! I am so excited! I absolutely love doing what I do and am honored that these amazing women have chosen me to photograph them and help make them feel and look their absolute best, along with the wonderful girls of Hera Beauty! I truly have the best clients…and team!
Because of the suite shoots I will be out of the office until Monday. I will be checking emails frequently though, so please don’t hesitate to write if you need anything at all.

Leaving for Aruba!
We are heading for Aruba today! I may be unable to tend to emails or phone calls while away, so please expect to hear back from me on or around August 3rd.
Can’t wait to share my experiences with all of you from the trip, which is my first real (big) vacation since Milan, Italy in 1999…yes, I was badly in need of a get-away.
